What is Feet Reading?
Feet reading reads the emotions and personality of a person through their feet.
Discover the secrets that your feet hold about you!   High arches, long toes, bunions and hard skin all reveal your emotions, personality and how you live, and have lived, your life. Our feet constantly change, mirroring current life situations.
If you ask people what they think of their feet, no two answers will be the same.  This is because we are all different and have a range of opinions and emotions which  are reflected in our feet.
Just think about how you stomp around when you are in a bad mood, walk on tiptoes when you want to remain silent or drag your feet when feeling down.  Your emotions and personality manifest in your feet and their shape divulging whether you are highly motivated, a dreamer, sentimental or a drama queen!
Feet reading is a valuable tool for personal growth, helping you to recognise and address emotional issues so that you can step forward, progress and blossom.
It is also wonderful when used in conjunction with a reflexology treatment to give  an all round holistic insight into how the emotions and life experiences impact on our health and wellbeing.

What Feet Reading is Not!
Feet reading does not read the future.  It will not tell you next week’s winning lottery numbers, nor will it predict a bevy of tall, handsome strangers!!

But Surely it’s my Shoes?
No, it isn’t!  We choose shoes individually, to suit our personalities. Some of us can wear four inch platform stilettos for weeks on end and emerge with feet soft as a baby’s.  Others will be raw and sore after a few hours.  So, if you buy a pair of heeled shoes (for work or for a ‘special do’) and you usually wear flatter pumps, you are wearing the heels out of your usual character.  This may be because there is personal or social pressure to wear them and change your usual ‘shoe habits’. Therefore you will be more likely to end up with lumps, bumps and sore soles.  So the resulting foot blemishes can be read as an effect of the personality, regardless of how they got there.
